Position BNP as the leading institution to guide fund houses and investors towards the implementation of MIFID II regulations in Asia
- This campaign was intended to prepare the asset management industry for the impact of the new Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid II) from the European Securities and Markets Authority. The bespoke content covered how the new rules affected research consumption and fund distribution in Asia. The challenge in implementing the campaign was working towards a tight timeline before the new set of rules were implemented.
- The strategy employed for this project was to host a thought leadership discussion on the impacts of Mifid II in a closed-door roundtable event with 12 industry experts. Moderated by the editor of AsianInvestor, the event was also open to a curated audience who had the chance to hear first-hand from experts on how the new rules would change research consumption and fund distribution in Asia.
